I am so excited to have finished my crystal healing course that I am going to share with you some of the crystals I use for dream recall and stress. First I’ll show you the first ones I started with. After undergoing a lot of overwhelming emotions that kept building I started working with a meditation coach that gave me my first two crystals, rose quartz and amethyst (light purple). The rose quartz is used for self love and acceptance and is great for forgiveness, guilt and grief. Really focusing on these properties will naturally encourage you to treat yourself with more self care which is something I’m not so good at. The amethyst is good for calming your thoughts, nerves and great for meditation. After I meditated with these stones and felt better walking in to work (which was one of my highest stresses at the time) I looked into a few others and purchased malachite (green) for dream interpretations and bringing calm and emotional balance, black tourmaline for grounding and protecting against negativity, and clear quartz for focusing the mind and is also known as the “master healer” as it amplifies energies in other crystals and has a general all around healing properties . These are great beginner crystals for those interested in adding them to your meditations or just testing out how they work for you 🤗 do you remember which crystal was your first💎 and was it a gift🎁 ?
Did you know you can use crystals to enhance your dreams, help you recall them and even promote more calming and soothing dreams. There are so many crystals out there that can help promote more restful sleep. Here are the ones that I personally own and have used. Red & yellow Jasper, green jade, and prehnite promote dreams and dream recall. Bloodstone stimulates dreams and lepidolite promotes peaceful sleep. Sodalite and Hematite are said to help with insomnia and mental restlessness. Amethyst and lithium quartz are known for helping understand dreams. They can be placed on your third eye when you wake up to facilitate remembering your dreams. Amethyst can also protect from nightmares. I usually place my smaller tumbled amethyst under my pillow after meditating with it before bed!
Crystals are an amazing tool for calming nerves, stress and worries. 😨 especially during the holidays! Everything has vibrations and with the crystals own natural frequencies, working with them can help with a variety of emotional and even physical issues. I have many books on different types of crystals and their properties so if there’s one that I haven’t mentioned and you’re curious about don’t hesitate to ask ☺ Here I’m showing some of my own collection of crystals that help me with stress and promote calming my mind from overwhelming thoughts. All these crystals are good for calming nerves with additional properties. Fuchsite and Malachite also provide emotional recovery and balance. Desert rose is a type of selenite that quiets worries, dissolves “problems” and brings mental ability, clarity and intuitive perception. Blue calcite is known as the calming stone which also encourages softness and fluidity, forgiveness, clears grudges and opens truthful communication. Labradorite helps with insecurity, anxiety and stress. Aventurine (the leaves of my bonsai tree) protects, calms and soothes emotions, aids in relaxation and prevents “energy vampires” from taking your energy. The stand of the tree is Amethyst which as mentioned before is great for dreams and nerves!! Which one is your favorite so far?
