I found this quote and had to share it. The dreams we have on a nightly basis hold important messages from our subconscious minds that can help us deal with our emotional burdens. The tricky part is remembering what we dreamed about. Many times I’ve woken up to very vivid dreams, excited to analyze them (but still half asleep) thinking its so clear there’s no way I’m going to forget. If I don’t write it down right away that very clear dream goes away almost instantly. Sometimes, if I’m lucky, certain things in the morning will trigger my memory. This is why keeping a pen and notepad or dream Journal next to your bed is important in dream interpretation. Scribbling down even short key words will help make a habit out of recalling your dreams. If you don’t remember just write “no dream to record” or something along those lines. Keeping this practice constant can help recall dreams in the morning! Worth a shot right?
