Yoga is a great way to relax and quiet the mind. It’s a mixture of deep controlled breaths, poses and meditation. A practice that combines the mind and body to help reduce stress and even help with restlessness. It also helps become more aware of our thoughts, feelings and be more present.   1. I really like yoga. I was doing it for a while and then let myself get out of the habit. I was doing it at home, but I think I need to find another program. The one I was doing was great, but I felt they moved to fast and I need a slower pace. After that I think I gave up. I’m going to look for another program. Thank You.


    1. Ooo that’s awesome! Have you tried Vinyasa or restorative? There’s a lot of types that are a slower pace and add a lot of relaxation! Maybe find a buddy that can encourage you as well. I know what you mean starting a routine can be hard but rewarding! ๐Ÿ˜Š
